IRAN: Suicidal Teen Finds Hope in Christ

At the age of twelve, Azadeh was raped. She then started having panic attacks, seizures, and severe depression. She attempted suicide several times. Eventually, Azadeh committed her life to Satan, but after making that dedication, her health only worsened. One day, friends in a coffee shop gave her some Christian reading materials. Desperate for anything that would help, Azadeh read the first story about God. She immediately asked Him to bring His light into her soul. That same day, she felt darkness leave her room, and her sleep was no longer filled with nightmares. She said it was “as if a curtain had been pulled away from in front of my eyes, and the darkness in my heart left.” She is now a young disciple of Christ, growing in her walk with the Lord.
